Main duties and responsibilities:

● Manage client and stakeholders’ expectations
● Build strong relationships with customers for business growth
● Create Project Management Plans; Control and Monitor project execution
● Manage and control Project Scope, Changes, and Risks
● Perform Cost and Budget Management
● Perform Quality Management Processes; Conduct process improvements
● Create and communicate Project Reports to stakeholders and executives
● Collaborate with client, onshore development team, and 3rd party vendors on solving project issues
● Manage a team; Promotes teamwork as a primary means for achieving broad objectives
● Facilitate project goal-setting aligned with organization objectives
● Demonstrate expertise in project strategy, phases, concepts, and techniques
● Manage and execute work with consideration of financials and economics
● Provide expertise in identifying and measuring client business performance
● Set team performance goals and conduct regular reviews
Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
● Must have 5 years experience in any IT role such as Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Developer, PMO
● Must have 5 years experience in a Project Manager role
● Must have undergone Project Management training or education
● Must know Agile development practices such as SCRUM and Scrum of Scrums
● Preferably with certifications in PSM and/or PMP
● Can personally handle and resolve conflicts with customers and teams
● Strong quality mindset
